New call monitor Cloud PBX features make training & compliance a breeze

Yay.com have today introduced its new Call Monitor features free of charge to all its customers on our Cloud PBX. This extensive new suite of features allow users of Yay.com to listen, whisper (So only they hear) and join a call of another Yay.com user in their same account.

Activated by dialling a special prefix on the Cloud PBX, followed by an extension number of the user, these features can be turned on/off per user with assignable permission to determine who can be listened, whispered or joined on a call and who can't.
