Today, Yay.com, the leading VoIP Provider, are pleased to announce the release of our updated and refreshed Cloud PBX Dashboard for logged-in users.
As the central hub for account and VoIP call management, we realise the importance of the user Dashboard for customers to manage our Cloud PBX. This is why we have listened to user feedback and have thought, tinkered, and tweaked on both new suggestions and already well loved features that place us as the most loved VoIP Provider. We have worked hard to build on both the look of the interface, as well as further enhance existing usability - which we think customers will really love.
While the design has been refined and a more spacious feel brought in, current pick-up-and-play functionality has been retained. We’ve aimed to make management even friendlier, including increased Call Stats and History visibility, greater WebPhone visibility, plus tune-ups to Call Routing setup and Out of Hours diary creation too.
We hope existing customers will enjoy the new updates and find that the Dashboard refresh further builds on our first class VoIP service. New customers too, should find the Dashboard a more intuitive experience when managing their Cloud PBX at their favourite VoIP Provider.
In addition to refreshing the look and feel of the Dashboard, we have been busy improving our BLF (Busy Lamp Field) feature infrastructure, and made it even more responsive when used in conjunction with a BLF-supported IP phone.
