How to set up Google single sign on for your Google Workspace
Q.

How to set up Google single sign on for your Google Workspace

A.

On the Flying High plan and above there is the option to set up single sign-on for your account through Google Workspace and a step-by-step guide on setting this up can be seen below:

Step 1

Go to Account > Integrations > Install Integration

Step 2

Then select 'Google Workspace' under Single Sign-On

Step 3

This will take you to the Google Workspace sign-in page, log in to your azure account and follow the instructions.

Step 4

Once the integration is set up you can configure it by clicking the blue pencil next to the integration in the integrations tab.

Step 5

Upon clicking the blue pencil you can set the Google Account to use for the account holder of your Yay account, force users to sign in using their Google Workspace login and set what SIP User is assigned to each Azure login to allow for logins to the softphone apps use the single sign-on.

The installation of this integration will also add each Google member to the Members tab at Account > Members and you can edit the roles for each Azure member from there, see "Can I set different permissions for each member?"
