Harmonize Pipedrive CRM with your Yay.com business VoIP system with this easy setup.
Pipedrive sales management tool allows you to make your business sales more efficient through pipeline management, email integration, sales reporting and sales forecasting as well as integrating with mobile apps.
By integrating your Yay.com Business VoIP system with Pipedrive, you can take advantage of features such as click to dial, auto-logging of calls as well as syncing your Pipedrive contacts for seamless enterprise-level communications.
Integrating with Pipedrive CRM is very simple, just follow the steps below:
Inside the Yay.com dashboard, navigate to Your Account > Integrations. From here select "Install integration" and click on Pipedrive.
You'll then need to log in with either your Pipedrive login credentials, your Google login or SSO (Single Sign-On) details, or you can create a Pipedrive account here too.
Once logged in, read through the permissions allowed and click the "Allow and Install" button.
You'll need to select the users this applies to, and then you can then choose to either sync an existing Yay.com phonebook, or create an entirely new one which will be created in your account under the name "Imported from Pipedrive". These settings can be changed later on too.
Once confirmed you'll be taken back to the Yay.com Integrations page in your dashboard with the integration added! You can then choose to Upload Call Recordings, Upload Voicemails, Upload Voicemail Transcriptions and enable Two Way Contact Sync, as well as change which SIP user is assigned to the system.
