Firstly, you will need to decide whether you want a pre-recorded audio or would like to add your own. To add your own audio, take a look at this page, before carrying on reading. If you want one of our standard greetings, skip this step.
Having uploaded your audio, you can now head over to the Inbound Settings area of your dashboard. From the Routing section, you need to select the Call Route that you want to edit or create a new call route. This will take you to the page shown below.
From this page, you can drag ‘Play a sound’ onto the Call Route.
You are then able to select whatever sound you want to be played to the caller, whether that is a preset or your uploaded audio.
Don’t forget to save any changes to your call route!
