How do I upload audio to my Dashboard?


To upload audio files for use in your yay.com dashboard for call routing, voicemail messages and much more, you can head to My Dashboard > My VoIP > Audio and then click the Add Audio button.

You now have two options to upload audio: you can either upload a pre-recorded message or audio file from your device in one of the formats listed here or you can dial *50 from any SIP device registered on your account and record your message via that method!

Once the file has been uploaded, you'll then be able to name and tag the file to make it easier to identify for use in your dashboard!
