How do I upload audio to my dashboard?

To upload audio files for use in your dashboard for call routing, voicemail messages and much more, you can head to Voice > Audio > Audio Files and then click the Add Audio button.

You now have three options to upload audio: you can either upload a pre-recorded message or audio file from your device in one of the formats or you can dial *50 from any SIP device registered on your account and record your message via that method or if you are on the Enterprise page you can write a message that will be read out using your choice of text to speech voice.

Once the file has been uploaded, you'll then be able to name and tag the file to make it easier to identify for use in your dashboard!
