I've forwarded my number to a mobile but I can't make or take calls?

When forwarding calls from your Yay number to a mobile number, this is counted as an outbound call. This means that your inclusive minutes on your account will be used and if you have no minutes left, your call credit will be used instead.

Calls to UK mobile numbers outside of your plan will cost 7.5p per minute + VAT, you can top up your call credit here - https://www.yay.com/account/voice/package/.

What we would recommend is using our own mobile apps to receive the call, this way you won't have to pay for any inbound calls. To start using the mobile apps, head over to your apps page here - https://www.yay.com/account/voice/apps/.
