How do I reset my password for the Yay desktop app?

If you have not downloaded the Yay.com Desktop app please install it on your device, or by using Google Chrome to open the desktop app in your web browser.

Once you have the app in front of you, you can use your Yay.com username and password to log in.

If you cannot remember your password for the desktop app, please ensure you're logged out of the Yay.com Dashboard and chose the forgotten password option.

You should receive an email with a link in to reset your password, if you do not, double-check the spelling of your email address & then your junk folder.
