What do the app icons mean?
You can easily see the availability of your colleagues directly on your mobile and browser apps, without having to login to your Dashboard! To view these Status Indicators, head over to the Contacts Section of the App, and you'll be able to see one of the below Icons:
User is available
User is offline
User is ringing or on a call
User is on Do Not Disturb
