How do I send a message via my Yay mobile app?

A.

Step 1: Go to the chat tab

Navigate to the chat tab of the Yay mobile app.  On Android, press the blue chat icon in the lower right corner to start a new chat.  On iPhone, press the pen on paper icon in the top right corner to start a new chat.

 

 

 

Step 2: Select the desired contact

You'll see all of your contacts, both internal and from your phone books under the 'All' tab.  Alternatively, you can choose 'Yay.com' for all internal contacts or 'Groups' for any existing group chats.

 

 

 

Step 3: Construct your message

Once you've selected your contact, type out your message and press the paper airplane icon.
