Did you know that Yay.com has its own dedicated Softphone apps for you to use? You can download them from our apps page, or if you already have an account with us you can invite your Users to the apps via your online Dashboard.

Our apps use our proprietary tech underneath to maintain crystal clear audio quality in the toughest conditions, while still keeping battery and mobile data usage low. Our apps are free to use and download across all our plans.

To set-up your VoIP account on Bria Solo (formerly X-Lite) you will need your SIP User Name, your User Password and your Hostname which is talk.yay.com.

This information can be found in your Dashboard under the Users section.

After installing Bria Solo (X-Lite), follow the steps below to configure your VoIP account and begin making and receiving calls.

Step 1 - Within your Bria Solo (X-Lite) account, navigate to the 'Voice' section and choose to add a Voice Service. Choose 'Select from Providers'. On the next screen choose 'Enter SIP Settings Manually'.

Step 2 - Enter your 'SIP User Name', your 'User Password' and the Hostname 'talk.yay.com' in the relevant fields. Then click the 'Save and Close' button. You can find these User details within the Users section of your Yay.com Dashboard.

Step 3 - Once you have successfully entered your Yay.com User details, you should see a green status next to your Account Name within the app. Congratulations, setup is now complete and you can now make and receive calls via the Bria Solo (X-Lite) app.
