Did you know that Yay has our own branded Softphone apps for you to use? You can download from this page, and if you already have an account with us you can send invites to your users from the Apps page.
The Yay apps use our proprietary tech underneath to decrease battery and mobile data usage, as well as maintain crystal clear audio quality on the toughest networks. They are also free to use and download across all our plans!
To setup your VoIP account on Telephone you will need your SIP User <your_SIP_username>, <your_password> and host talk.yay.com.
This information can be found in your dashboard under Users
After installing Telephone, follow the steps below to configure your VoIP account and begin making and receiving calls.
