For inbound calls, enable call recording within the call route itself. For outbound calls, call recording is enabled for each user individually or can be toggled globally from the Call History tab.
Users can toggle call recording on/off while on a call using a shortcode. This is set to *90 by default but can be customised to your liking.
Call recordings are stored on our platform, but your business can set up automatic synchronisation with a cloud storage service like Google Drive or Dropbox.
