The Netgear Insight Managed Smart Cloud GC728X is a 28-port Gigabit Ethernet Switch. You can manage the GC728X by the Netgear Insight App or Insight Cloud Portal with easy setup, anywhere remote cloud monitoring and management, and fully-integrated cloud connectivity.

The Netgear GC728X 28-port Switch features 24 copper Gigabit Ethernet ports, 2 SFP 1G and 2 SFP+ 10G fibre ports for maximum flexibility and connectivity in your network. With its remote cloud manageability, and extensive L2+/L3 Lite features such as static routing, advanced per-port PoE controls and PoE scheduling will satisfy even the most advanced small business networks making it ideal for small to medium businesses. Deploy the GC728X in either standard 19" rack, using the included rackmount kit, or you can use the included rubber feet for desktop deployment.

Connect multiple power demanding devices to your network with a single wire for power and connectivity. Support high-density VoIP, Surveillance and Wi-Fi AP deployments, scalable for future growth. Automatic Voice over IP prioritisation (Auto-VoIP) simplifies most complex multi-vendor IP telephone deployments either based on protocols (SIP, H.323 and SCCP) or on OUI bytes (default database and user-based OUIs) in the phone source MAC address, providing the best class of service to VoIP streams by classifying traffic, and enabling correct egress queue configuration.

With Netgear Insight Management you can know immediately if and when your network is not running perfectly to avoid down-time that may affect your business. Using either the Netgear Insight app on your mobile device or tablet, or the Insight Cloud Portal from your computer or tablet, you can quickly discover, setup, monitor and manage your switch from anywhere.
