There are many ways to deploy the Yay.com Desktop App. This article aims to offer the quickest method for deployment. For an exhaustive list of deployment options, please check out this other FAQ!
If you intend on using the mobile apps as well, it is best to invite your colleagues via the apps page. Here you can invite each User using his or her mobile number which will link the user to any app instance going forward. You also have the option of giving out the company code, but this will change every week.
To begin, navigate to the downloads page and select your OS from the screen below. Note: You will need to scroll down the page a bit.
Skip to Step 3b if the user already has the Yay.com mobile app installed.
Enter your mobile number and press next.
If you already have the Yay.com App installed on your phone, you'll want to go to More > Settings > Account > My Devices > Link a Device > Scan Desktop QR Code and scan the QR code on your screen.
Enter the code that you receive via SMS. If you don't receive a text, please feel free to reach out to our support team for some assistance!
This user will now be ready to take and make calls!
