How do I change the Call Plan each user is on?

To make changes to your user packages (from Pay as You go to UK unlimited Landline and mobile or otherwise), go into My Dashboard > VoIP > Users and then click the 'Change User Type' option. From here, you would use the drop down menu that appears to change all users to a different type of plan or select only certain users to change!
