Do I take care of the tech support to my customers or do you do it for me?

We are happy to offer maximum support to our resellers with any questions they might have when dealing with their customer enquiries. However, at present we are unable to offer support directly to customers of resellers.

Please note, that if you are using our Store solution rather than the API solution, automated email comms for transactions, such as purchase and renewal notifications are also handled by us.
