We regularly undergo routine independent and internationally recognised audits, to ensure our system is as safe and secure as it can possibly be. We want all of our customers to experience the safe and trustworthy service that we offer. 


Yay.com has gained the following accreditations and certificates, which goes to prove the way we handle your personal data is taken seriously:


ISO 270001:2013

This is the internationally recognised independent security standard for information security. It details all of the companies policies and procedures, regarding all technical, legal, and physical controls with a companies risk management processes. This ensures that Yay.com has security protocols in place to protect not only our customers' data but our own internal data and the data of our platform. This is strictly maintained and annually reviewed, meaning we have to maintain this high standard throughout the company.


G.Cloud Framework

Listing Yay.com government certified supplier, this allows us to be listed on the GOV.UK digital marketplace. This shows not only our ability to keep data secure at a business level but also as a government trusted supplier. 


Cyber Essentials Certificate of Assurance

A certificate given to us by Cyber Essentials, a member of the National Cyber Security Centre again proves our guarantee to keep your data intact. You can view this document Here


Internal Testing

As well as all the certifications above, Yay.com's internal infrastructure and platform are put through regular PEN (Penetration) testing at the very least quarterly and before we put any major updates live, to ensure our system is as robust as it possibly can be.


All of our accreditations are available on the site.


We also look after data which is collected by Yay.com, such as call recordings in your Yay.com account, and we've ensured as a company we are fully GDPR compliant. We have a blog post on each below:
