Can I use my existing analogue phones with Yay?

A very common question when moving to a hosted VoIP solution from an analogue phone line - the simple answer is yes! 


With, we don't limit which phones you can and can't use with our platform, however, this doesn't mean the device you have will be compatible with a VoIP solution right away. 


You may need to purchase an Analogue Telephone Adapter. These are very common in the VoIP world, especially for home offices and companies having recently transferred from an analogue phone system. They're very easy to set up, simply plug the phone in to one port and an internet connection in to the other, then configure it via the IP address and you'll be ready to go!
