How do I send a message via my Yay desktop app?

Step 1: Select a Contact

Type the name of your contact, or colleague's extension in the search bar from anywhere in the app.  If you already have a chat, go to the Message tab.  Then press the blue chat icon.

Step 2: Begin Your Conversation

Type your message in the form at the bottom of the page.
