I’ve heard VoIP/domains have a lot of fraudulent activity. Who takes care of that, you or I?

As with any industry, there can be one or two bad apples, but we will do our best to protect you!  If you have nominated us to process your payments, we will take care of fraud for you so that you can rest assured that our real-time monitoring will seek to minimise any impact from fraudulent registrations or usage.

If you are using your own merchant to process your payments, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing any fraudulent activity yourself.
