Will there be a period of down time when my number transfers?

No, the transfer is almost instant! You can set up a new call route that sets how you want your new number to work as soon as you submit your request so that on the day everything flows seamlessly for you. We'll email you the minute the number is configurable with us (usually 24 hours before) & you can then enter your Dashboard > My VoIP > Numbers & add the call routes to your new number. We're more than happy to help you get set up so just drop us a line or give us a call!
