You'll need 3 ID documents to begin your transfer to us. These can be uploaded in your Dashboard > My VoIP > Transfers and are as follows:-
Proof of ownership - this must show the phone number you want to transfer along with your name & the installation address including postcode. Please note, if the address has changed within the past 6 months, you'll need to let us know the old details too & you can email these to email@example.com
Proof of ID - your passport or driving licence
Proof of Address - a utility bill or bank statement within the last 3 months showing your current address
Your Postcode might not be what you think it is!
IMPORTANT NOTE: For a transfer to be successful, your outgoing provider will want us to tell them your installation postcode. This MAY NOT be your current postcode. We need the postcode where your phone number was very first provisioned. So if you've moved since you first had your phone number, we need the postcode of that very first address. If your number was provided to you by a specific number provider and/or a previous VoIP service, please contact your current provider first and ask them specifically for the installation address postcode of your phone number. It could be their office or data centre and not your current address as you might have hoped! If in any doubt, please send us all the details that may have been linked to your number with approx dates & we can check this for you.
