Can I transfer my phone number to use with Yay.com?

Yes! We can transfer most UK landline numbers beginning with 01 & 02 plus some 03 numbers for you to use with our VoIP service. If you'd like us to check your number before you make a request, just drop us a line at help@yay.com. In order to transfer over the number to your Yay account, we will need document copies for proof of address, identity and ownership. You will then be able to use your number as a virtual VoIP number.
