The ring tone in every call route is set to Standard Ring by default, but you can easily change this to anything that suits you. To do this, you simply need to create a Playlist. You can find a link to suitable apps to help you with this here:- Audio Apps Once you've created a playlist, you simply need to upload it onto your Dashboard > My VoIP > Config > Audio > Create New Playlist. As soon as you've uploaded this, it will appear in the drop box within your Call Route & you can select it!
