Yay.com offers lots of integrations to enhance your business telephony solution - one of which is Zoho CRM!
ZOHO CRM is widely accredited and can help to improve a business's productivity, efficiency and eventually effectiveness. You can make use of the Yay features such as Click to Dial, to instantly make calls at the click of a mouse, or review all of a customer's interaction with you, via instantaneous call logging.
As well as this, to aid all the corners of your business you can synchronise your contacts between Yay and Zoho CRM, for seamless transitions when new customers or suppliers are added.
To get going with Zoho CRM just follow the few steps below:
In the Yay dashboard, go to Your Account > Integrations. Select "Install integration" and then choose Zoho CRM.
Log in to your Zoho CRM account, or via Google/other IDP's too. If you don't have a Zoho CRM account yet, you can create one here too.
After logging in to Zoho CRM, simply accept to allow Zoho to pass your Data to Yay.com, so we can integrate completely.
Once here, you can ask Zoho to integrate with a pre-existing phonebook or create a new one. You can also choose to allow two-way contact sync, as well as make the phone book private.
To make the most out of Zoho CRM, you'll want to install the Yay.com click-to-dial chrome extension! This will allow you to call contacts with a single click. We have an FAQ on setting up Zoho Click to Call.
