How can I integrate my Yay contacts with Microsoft 365?

Step 1: Go to Integrations

Go to the Integrations page on your dashboard and press the 'Install Integration' button.

Step 2: Select Office 365

Press the Office 365 card.

Step 3: Sign In to Microsoft

Sign in to your Microsoft account using your credentials.

Step 4: Allow Access

Allow Microsoft permission to share your contacts with us.

Step 5: Configure Your Contacts

You can add these contacts to a brand new phone book, or create a brand new one just for your Microsoft contacts.  You can also turn on two way sync which will create a new Office 365 contact everytime you add one to your phone book in Yay!

Step 6: Go to Integrations

You should see the integration on your integrations page if it has established.  Please give it some time to pull your phone book.  It can take up to 24 hours, but tends to update within an hour!
