Connect your Yay.com phone system to HubSpot CRM with our easy to implement HubSpot calling integration.
HubSpot's integrated CRM allows you to create a large phonebook and manage your contacts - we can then link to HubSpot, so when they call your Yay.com phone number it pulls all of their details and credentials, meaning a smooth and fast experience for both your business and your contact!
You can also use the business VoIP features such as Voicemail Transcription and Call Recording to log the data against a contact, so you have all the information in one place.
Setting up the CRM integration is super easy, just follow the steps below:
In your Yay.com dashboard, navigate to Your Account > Integrations. From here select "Install integration" and click on HubSpot.
Log in with either your HubSpot account credentials, your Google login or SSO (Single Sign-On) details, or create a HubSpot account here too.
Once you're logged in, click the "Grant Access" button, and then you'll have a few different options to enable/disable. These can be changed in your Yay.com account later on too. Then just click the "Complete Installation" button and you'll be all good to go!
You'll be taken back to Yay.com, where you can then choose to Upload Call Recordings, Upload Voicemails, Upload Voicemail Transcriptions and enable Two Way Contact Sync. You'll also find under Voice > Config > Phonebooks, a phonebook will have been created called "Imported from HubSpot", which you can then use to link to your various VoIP Phones!
