How can I integrate my Yay.com phone system with Capsule CRM?

Synchronise your contacts using Capsule CRM with your business telephony system at Yay! 

 

Use the various features of Capsule CRM to manage your Tasks & Calendar, Sales Pipeline, Teams and Roles, Reports and Contacts while Yay.com presents the information to you as soon as a contact calls in, making the whole experience more streamlined for your business. 

 

Yay.com can match the Caller ID of the inbound call to one of your contacts, allowing you to grab their previous call logs, manage their voicemails and see all phone interactions at the click of a mouse. 

 

To get set up with Capsule CRM, just follow the steps below: 

 

 

Step 1

 

Navigating to integration in Yay.com dashboard

In your Yay.com dashboard, navigate to Your Account > Integrations. From here select "Install integration" and click on Capsule. 

 

 

Step 2

 

Logging in to Hubspot to integrate the CRM

You will then need to insert your Capsule CRM Site address and then log in with your account details. 

 

 

Step 3

 

Allowing permissions for Capsule CRM integration

From here you'll need to allow Yay.com access to your capsule information. This will let us grab the details of your contacts when you need them! 

 

 

Step 4

 

Complete the Integration with the Hubspot CRM

Once you've allowed permission, you'll then be taken to this screen. You can choose to use an already uploaded phonebook on Yay, or if you select "Create a new phone book...", a new one will be created called "Imported from Capsule". 

 

 

Step 5

After confirming the relevant settings, you'll be taken back to the Yay.com Integrations page in your dashboard with the integration added! From here, you'll then have the option to Upload call recordings, Upload Voicemails and transcriptions, enabled Two Way Contact Sync 

 

To take advantage of the Click to Dial feature that Capsule CRM works with, you'll need the Yay.com Click to Dial Chrome extension! We have an FAQ to set up the Click to Dial extension for you.
