How do I use webhook notifications?

With our webhook notifications, also known as "web callbacks", you can receive real-time event notifications related to your hosted VoIP service via your website or app.


Setting this feature up with our hosted VoIP service is a simple case of adding a URI (Uniform Resource Identifier), for example, a URL, to the dedicated webhooks page in your user Dashboard and then adding the generated Auth Token to your website or web application - you can generate the Auth Token by clicking the green arrows symbol. 


Below are the webhooks you are able to set up in your Yay dashboard by going to Voice > Calls > Webhooks:
