Use a ‘caller ID routing’ module in your call route to add simple logic rules for how the call route should continue depending on who is calling. Automatically block all anonymous inbound calls, or block those for a range of number prefixes.

One-Touch Call Assurance for Forwarded Calls

Another facet of our call screening function presents the opportunity to forward calls to a personal or external phone number not associated with your Yay.com account. From our modular call routing panel, select that you’d like to ‘Confirm Forwarded Calls’ to be given a prompt to press a key to accept the forwarded call. This will alert the callee that they are picking up a call forwarded from their business phone system. This prevents any nasty surprises and, with customisable time-to-confirm, you can give yourself or your staff a longer or shorter window in which to accept the call, with longer times giving you a chance for quick appraisal of the caller ID and shorter times preventing the customer from having to hold on the phone for too long.
